What we collect

When you send an order enquiry

The order form asks for:

• your name, phone number and postcode
• the gas you need, the cylinder size and quantity
• anything else you choose to tell us in the notes box

When you call us

We note your name, number and what you need so we can deal with your order.

When you visit the website

Like most websites, the services that run this site receive technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. See Cookies for what is stored on your device.

How we use it

Reply to your enquiry and arrange your order	Needed to take steps you have asked for before entering into a contract, and to supply your order.
Keep records of orders and deliveries	Our legitimate interests in running the business, and any legal obligations such as keeping tax records.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing unless you have asked us to.

Who sees it

We only share your information with the services we use to run the business and this website:

• Wix.com hosts this website and stores order enquiries sent through the form.
• Map and font services: the delivery map uses OpenFreeMap map tiles, the footer map is provided by Google Maps, and the typeface is loaded from Google Fonts. These services receive your IP address when they load.
• Search Engine Solutions Ltd, who built and look after this website, may access it to maintain it.

Some of these providers may process information outside the UK. Where they do, they rely on safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.

We may also share information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and order records only for as long as we need them to deal with your order and to meet our legal obligations, such as keeping tax records. After that, we delete them.
